Treatments at the beauty salon for nails, brows, lashes, pedicure, gel nails, acrylic nails, shellac, facial, skincare, beauty treatments.
To provide the best and most efficient service to all of BW Beauty valued clients, there are some Terms & Conditions in place so that you're able to receive the best possible experience.

Monday - Friday 8:30-19:00 with occasional Saturdays.
I always do my best to accommodate to the times and dates that you may need so please do not hesitate to get in touch to see what I can do for you.
HOW TO BOOK TREATMENTS
Appointments can be made by email, text, WhatsApp, Call, Facebook, Instagram and my booking system using the “Book Now” button.
If there is no space available online,
I recommend contacting me as I may have space for you, however, this is not always guaranteed.
To ensure that I can fit you in at a time that is convenient to you, I recommend booking your next appointment before you leave.
Deposits are required to secure the date and time of all treatments at the time of booking.

Reminders available through the Fresher online booking system
If booking through Fresher online booking system you will receive a reminder of your appointment.
If you are not sure which time and/or date your appointment is please contact Me.
If you have not received a particular treatment from BW Beauty before you will be required to complete the relevant consultation forms online before your visit which will be emailed to you. These will need to be completed
at least 48 hours prior to your treatment along with any patch tests that may need to be carried out so that I can ensure that you're suitable for the treatment.
All new clients and existing clients who have not had a particular treatment before or it has been 6 months since their last treatment or patch test, will be required to pop in for a patch test at least 24-48 hours prior to their appointment.
A patch test is required even if the same treatment has been done elsewhere using the same products.
Please understand that patch tests are carried out for your wellbeing and safety as this is my upmost priority.
Treatments requiring patch tests:
Lash Lift and/or Tint, Tint and Brow Tint.
Definition Brows, Brow Lamination.
If you would like a patch test for any other treatment o would be more than happy to help with this
i.e. gel polish, waxing.
PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT(S)
I accept cash, debit & credit card (including contactless) Apple & Android watch payments,
PayPal & BACS. You can also pay for your treatment prior to your appointment using your debit or credit card via SumUp's electronic invoicing system.
ARRIVING EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you're early you may either need to stand outside or wait in your car until I am ready to see you.
Due to COVID-19 you will only allowed entry when I am ready to see you.
LATENESS & CANCELLATION
In line with my terms and conditions - you will need to give me as much notice as possible to any cancellations or lateness that may occur - a minimum of 24 hours notice. I understand that in certain situations cancellations or lateness simply cannot be avoided and I will try to do my best to come to an agreement with you.
My deposit and cancellation policy has been designed so that I am covered for the time taken to arrange your appointment as well as prepare for it. I would like to remind you that by booking an appointment,
that you are reserving my time in advance to guarantee it.
If you do not give me any notice at all that you will not be able to attend your appointment and do not arrive to your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you the full amount for the treatment(s) you were booked in for.
As I hope you can understand, my time is reserved for you and your treatment in advance as well as taking time to set up for you so when I am faced with a no-show it is a big loss in both time, money and potential disappointment for another client.
BRINGING GUESTS WITH YOU
I have a strict no children policy due to chemicals being in the beauty room for
Lash, brows and nail treatments .
I also ask you to attend alone.
BW BEAUTY GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact me immediately, before attempting to fix yourself or going to another professional.
I will need to see you or photos of the problem in order to help resolve the issue for you.
OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
Special offers and discounts can be found on social media pages such as Facebook and Instagram, advertised on flyers or via email which are for a definitive period ONLY.
Once the offer period has ended the treatment reverts to it's normal price unless stated.
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Expired gift vouchers hold no value and I reserve the right to refuse them.
Gift vouchers for any monetary amounts cannot be exchanged once they have been issued/paid for.
All gift vouchers including raffle-won/charity donated can be used to put towards the cost
of a higher costing treatment if desired. All gift vouchers are non-refundable once issued.
I regularly donate gift vouchers and/or products to good causes for raffling and is more than happy to do so.
Please get in touch if you are in need of donations for your cause/fundraising event.
From time to time, I may have to increase my prices slightly if my suppliers increase theirs.
All prices are subject to change, and may be different from older price lists or promotional posters.
